Skyburner

A burning trace cuts across the sky, and no one yet knows whether it is a beautiful moment or the beginning of the end. Skyburner flies without name or gravity, leaving the world illuminated by a question that may never be answered.

Skyburner can be heard as the passage of an unknown body through the atmosphere. A faint light and distant heat appear first, then the sky begins pulling every eye upward with a force that can no longer be ignored. The violin climbs like a burning trail while wonder and unease rise together. The observer cannot know whether this is a meteor that will vanish high above Earth or something that will change the entire world. The track refuses to settle the uncertainty. It strips the flying object of ground, weight, name, and gravity, letting it become pure movement and fire. When Skyburner disappears, the sky continues to glow and its story survives only within those who looked upward. Perhaps they have witnessed an ending. Perhaps it was only a brief beauty that human fear turned into a threat. What remains is the moment when everything familiar falls silent before something that can neither be stopped nor properly named.
