These terms govern the use of tomurban.one — the official website of Tom Urban. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.
The website is operated by Tomáš Urban, born 3 April 1984, as a private individual not engaged in business (“we”); nothing is currently sold on the site. Contact: tomurban@tomurban.one.
All music, lyrics, artwork, photographs, and texts on this site are the property of Tom Urban or his licensors and are protected by copyright.
You may listen to, read, and view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, redistributing, publicly performing, or using the content to train AI models requires prior written permission.
Signed-in users may post comments and similar contributions on the site. What you write remains yours; by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site.
You agree to keep your contributions lawful and civil: no insults, hate speech, harassment, vulgarity or threats, no spam or advertising, no sharing of other people’s personal data, and no content that infringes the rights of others.
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that breaches these rules or the law, and repeated or serious breaches may lead to restriction or termination of the account.
If you believe a contribution breaks the law or these rules, let us know at tomurban@tomurban.one.
The same rules apply to messages you send the author through the private chat. The chat is a conversation between you and the author; it is not a public forum, and there is no promise of an answer or of a response time. The author is alerted to every new message and comment (in the administration, by e-mail and possibly briefly on his phone), as described in the privacy policy.
Posting comments is open to signed-in fans with a complete profile (name, birthday, listening platform and photo). A new comment is published only after the author approves it; we tell you by e-mail whether it was approved or rejected. Other signed-in fans see your comments with your first name, the initial of your surname and your photo. You can delete your own comments; we may delete any comment that breaks these rules, and we tell you when we do.
Your sharing link counts visits and accounts created through it so the author knows who spreads the music. It brings no rewards, payments or rankings, and you must not use it for spam or unsolicited messages.
If the author dedicates a song to you, signed-in fans see your first name with the initial of your surname and your photo next to his message. You can ask for the dedication to be removed at any time.
Where the site offers paid content, payments are processed by Stripe; the final price is always shown before you confirm a purchase. Digital content is delivered to your account.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Any refund policy applicable to a specific product is stated at the time of purchase. A payment reversed through a chargeback may result in the corresponding access being revoked.
The service is provided as-is. We may change, add, or remove features; for paid features we will give reasonable notice of substantial changes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory protections of your home country remain unaffected. Consumer disputes can also be resolved out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.gov.cz — details at www.coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/, contact adr@coi.gov.cz), the alternative dispute resolution body in the Czech Republic.
We may update these terms from time to time to a reasonable extent — for example when the site gains new features or the law changes. The current version with its effective date is always published on this page. We will notify registered users of substantial changes in advance (for example by e-mail). If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account; purchases already made remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Besides the necessary cookies, with your consent we would like to measure site traffic with Google Analytics, so we know which songs and pages you enjoy. Nothing is measured without your consent, and you can change your choice any time in the footer. Privacy Policy
