Neural Sap

A thought sometimes appears as a current or a feeling before it becomes a complete sentence. Neural Sap follows that quiet movement beneath words and lets awareness flow for a moment without fixed boundaries.

We often imagine thinking as a sequence of clear sentences, yet much of our inner life begins before words arrive. Neural Sap uses the image of flowing sap to capture thoughts, feelings, and memories while they are still searching for form. Beneath apparent silence, something continues moving and connecting separate sensations into a whole that may only become clear later. Attention then turns toward the unusual relationship between a person and the mind. We observe our thoughts, but we are also the process in which those thoughts appear. The two roles flow into one another. The space between neurons and the fluid self give this invisible movement a tangible shape. Neural Sap leads toward the subtle beginnings of inner change, first felt as a sensation and only later understood.
