Fractal Spores

The same image returns, yet each time it reveals something different. Recurring patterns in the mind show how easily a journey forward can become a journey deeper within.

Some thoughts return in different forms and appear slightly new each time. Fractal Spores turns this familiar experience into an image of consciousness branching like a fractal. Every part carries a trace of the whole, one mirror reveals another, and forward movement becomes a descent into finer layers. Repetition offers a chance to notice a difference that remained hidden at first. The same sound or memory can carry an entirely different meaning at another time because the person receiving it has changed. An echo of an echo then turns attention toward identity and the stories we repeatedly tell about ourselves. Deeper understanding does not always arrive as a new discovery. Sometimes it comes from returning to something deeply familiar with greater attention and a willingness to see more than before.
