Never Enough, Always Running

You reach another goal, and the relief barely lasts. The Mirror Queen has already moved the finish line. What happens if this time you refuse to keep running?

One more task, one better result, one final stretch, and then you will finally feel like enough. Except that moment never comes. The Mirror Queen can turn every victory into proof that you need to keep running. She feeds on comparison and speaks most often through the word when. When you achieve, change, or gain enough, then you may rest and accept yourself. Never Enough, Always Running does not help you run faster. It stops the race. It reminds you that human worth does not begin at the finish line and is not a reward for flawless performance. The moment you put down the mirror and simply exist, the Queen loses her voice. Without her measurements, you may finally feel that nothing was missing from you in the first place.
