I am Tom Urban. I create musical worlds where the energy of electronic music meets what we carry within. Every song begins with an experience, a question, or an idea I do not want to let disappear. I write about consciousness, love, courage, family, joy, loss, and new beginnings. I am not here to tell people what to think. I want to create a space that moves them, reminds them of something that matters, and perhaps brings them a little closer to themselves.
One voice, many forms
Every song stands on its own. Place the music side by side, however, and four worlds begin to emerge, each one deepening the others.

I am drawn to love as it learns to understand, let go, and change form. Not as a perfect story, but as a force capable of changing the person who lives through it.
Fatherhood, partnership, gratitude, and the knowledge that life is finite bring every big idea back to earth. They remind me that what matters most is revealed in how we live with the people closest to us.
Big questions, physics, spirituality, and new tools all draw me in. I am not looking for easy certainty. I value the space where precision meets wonder and curiosity stays alive.
I am Tom Urban. A partner, the father of a young son, a creator, and someone who loves not only living life but examining it. I am drawn to human consciousness, the universe, physics, spirituality, technology, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. Not because I need to force everything into one answer. I enjoy finding connections, trying new paths, and turning what matters into something another person can experience. Music is where these parts of my life meet. A personal experience can become a story. A question can find a rhythm. A memory I do not want to lose can become a song.
I create because some things cannot be understood by thought alone. They have to be felt. A song can remind someone of courage they stopped noticing in themselves. It can restore color to a memory, open a question, or make room for a few minutes in which nothing has to be performed. I am not here to tell people what to think or hand them a finished truth. I want to move them, remind them of something that matters, and perhaps bring them closer to their own voice. That is why Music for the soul and inner strength is not a slogan to me. It is the shortest honest description of the intention behind my work.
The starting point is usually not a genre, but an intention. Something I lived through, came to understand, needed to remember, or wanted to see from another angle. From there, I look for the right words, image, and energy. A single can carry one precise idea. I build an album as a journey with a beginning, a transformation, and somewhere it wants to take the listener. I use modern tools, including artificial intelligence. I do not see them as a replacement for humanity, but as a way to expand what is possible. Direction, selection, meaning, and responsibility for the finished work remain mine. What matters is not how many tools I use, but whether the song can carry something real.
From thought to song
Every song develops differently, but this movement returns throughout my work.
It begins with something alive. A memory, an emotion, an inner conflict, an image, or a question that stayed with me.
I look for what truly matters in the idea and how to express it without preaching. Sometimes it becomes a story, sometimes an affirmation or an open question.
The person behind the music
I am a loving partner and the proud father of a young son. Family is not a footnote to my creative life. It is where every grand word about love, patience, honesty, and responsibility has to become ordinary daily life. The people closest to me remind me why it matters to create something that can endure and one day continue beyond me.
The next chapter
Alongside the music, I am preparing a book under the working title Foundation. I will share its subject and final form when it is ready. For now, I see it as an important part of the creative path ahead.

Most often, it explores what happens inside us. Consciousness, love, fear, courage, family, joy, loss, freedom, and new beginnings. Every song has a subject of its own, but they share the desire to turn an idea or an experience into something that can be felt.
Often, but not every song is a literal diary entry. A real experience may become a symbol, a story, or a question in which the listener can place a life of their own. At other times, I begin with imagination, a larger question, or a single vivid image.
I do not want the things I live through or come to understand to disappear. I turn them into music that can continue in someone else.
I choose the energy, voice, and atmosphere that can carry the same meaning as the words. The music should not merely accompany the idea. It should let you feel it.
The finished song receives an image, Czech, English, and Spanish versions, and a guide to its meaning. Not to impose one interpretation, but to open the door to your own.
I am fascinated by the moment we realize that we do not have to follow every thought, fear, or reaction automatically. That small space can hold greater freedom, understanding, and the possibility of choosing a different step.
Some songs open questions about meaning, consciousness, love, and what may reach beyond us. I do not want to prescribe a belief or a single interpretation. I use spiritual imagery as a language of experience, leaving room for each listener to find their own meaning.
It is one of the modern tools I work with. It helps me expand what is possible across sound, words, imagery, and the wider project. The intention, choices, direction, and responsibility for the finished work remain human.
Because each language tells a story a little differently. The sung original is currently usually English, but the Czech and Spanish versions are not mechanical translations. They retell the same meaning naturally in each language. This site offers all three, along with an explanation of each part.
